The AI marketing platform built specifically for Florida real estate agents.
FLREMA closes the gap between national tools that don't understand Florida and the Florida-specific reality of every deal you work. Insurance availability, post-Surfside condo rules, hurricane seasons, snowbird flows, FAR/BAR contracts. Built in, not bolted on.
Our mission
Helping Florida agents dominate their local markets through smarter marketing, automation, branding, and lead-generation strategies.
Florida agents work in one of the most competitive, fastest-moving real estate markets in the country. Insurance shake-ups, post-Surfside condo rules, hurricane seasons, snowbird flows, and a constantly shifting foreign-buyer mix make Florida unlike any other market — and unlike anything the national tool vendors are tuned for.
FLREMA exists to close that gap. Every AI tool, prompt, and workflow we ship is built for Florida specifically, available to verified Florida licensees, and designed to give individual agents the marketing leverage that's traditionally only accessible to big teams or expensive coaching programs.
What makes FLREMA different
Florida-only focus
National tools have to serve everyone. We don't. Every prompt, playbook, and data feed is tuned for the way Florida actually operates — impact windows, CDD fees, insurance availability, condo recertification, snowbird timing, Spanish-language buyers, FAR/BAR AS-IS.
AI tools that produce actual outputs
Not a resource library. Not a directory. 15 live tools that produce listing copy, social posts, video scripts, CMA narratives, lead-response messages, sphere check-ins, and HOA-doc risk summaries — in seconds, not hours.
Fair Housing guardrails on every output
Every generated piece runs through a Fair Housing scanner — English and Spanish patterns from HUD §100.75 and FREC 61J2-10.025 — before you see it. So you can ship faster without shipping a violation.
License-verified at signup
Every account is cross-checked against the live DBPR licensee directory at signup. Active Florida real estate professionals only. No tire-kickers, no out-of-state opportunists.
Who we are
FLREMA was founded in 2026 by Paul Perkins, a Florida-licensed real estate broker with a deep background in marketing, automation, CRM design, and applied AI. After years of watching solo Florida agents struggle to compete with team-led operations using national tool stacks that weren't built for the FL market, Paul started FLREMA to build the missing piece: a focused, ambitious, Florida-only AI marketing platform with the tools to back it up.
We're a small team. We respond to email. We ship new tools every few weeks. And we keep the user base tight enough that we can actually know who our members are and what they need next.
Structure & transparency
An independent Florida company
FLREMA is structured as an independent, for-profit Florida company. We use the word "association" because that's what we are — a member-serving organization that exists to serve a defined group of professionals — but we are not a 501(c) non-profit, and we don't claim any regulatory authority.
Not affiliated with NAR or Florida Realtors®
FLREMA is not affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida Realtors®, any local board of REALTORS®, or any state or federal regulatory body. Many FLREMA users are also NAR members — but membership in one does not imply the other.
We work alongside what you already pay for
Your existing memberships give you compliance, contracts, and listing data. FLREMA gives you the marketing layer most agents are missing. Different jobs. We don't compete with your existing dues — we make them more valuable by helping you actually use the listings and data you already have access to.
Member data, handled with respect
We collect what we need to verify your Florida license and serve you well — nothing more. We never sell member contact data. We never share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the specifics.
